API limitations

Limit for API queries for one account:

  • 1 query/second,

  • 10 000 queries/24hours.

When querying for metrics (such as number of visitors), the expected query size is as follows:

  • 1 year maximum range,

  • 5 metrics (for example, branches, cameras, or different metrics).

For queries larger than the size specified above, the maximum number of queries per second needs to be evaluated individually. Please contact our support-survilla@netrex.cz

The public API does not support all actions that are supported in the user interface. If you are interested in an unsupported action, contact our Survilla Support via email.
