We our API is build for 1request/second but maximal 10.000 requests per 24hours.
If you need more requests please contact our sales department(link)Limit for API queries for one account:
1 query/second,
10 000 queries/24hours.
When querying for metrics (such as number of visitors), the expected query size is as follows:
1 year maximum range,
5 metrics (for example, branches, cameras, or different metrics).
For queries larger than the size specified above, the maximum number of queries per second needs to be evaluated individually. Please contact our support-survilla@netrex.cz
